Lunchtime Blitz

What is it?

An express class that is for the designated Lunchtime Warrior.
Its our signature 45 minute cardio/bodyweight strength conditioning class compressed into just 30 minutes.

What should I expect?

Class is broken up into a tight warm up, followed by strength conditioning with short bouts of intensive cardio interval training.

Need equipment?

Clean socks and a good attitude
