What is it?
An inclusive, exciting fitness environment for vision impaired people of ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS (or none 🙂 )
1 hour class // once a week
What should I expect?
A workout that’s gentle on your joints but ruthless on your waistline.
Each class consists of several low-impact, high-calorie-burn forms of exercise, including:
- Rowing on a WaterRower™
- Plyometric exercises like burpees and starjumps
- Functional strength and conditioning movements like squats or planks, and
- Body weight movement circuits
All classes are performed in socks or bare feet, because we find that a direct physical connection with the ground can help improve balance and body awareness. It also helps strengthen your feet, prevent injuries, and improve posture and range of motion.
