How do I book a class?

Go to and click “Sign Up”. Select the day and time you would like to attend a class and click “Sign Up Now!” Follow the prompts to create a username and password in our scheduling system. Purchase your desired class package and your reservation is complete! You will receive an email confirmation with your username and password and can log back in to make any changes.There is a few options when booking, be sure when booking for a class to select class packages or drop in class. We are an internet-driven business, so please use our online system to make reservations whenever possible. Our phone line will only be answered when classes are not in session and functions largely as a voicemail service.

How do I change or cancel a reservation?

Go to and click “Sign Up”. Log in to your account, using your username and password. Once signed in, you can click on the “My Info” tab in the top right corner of the page to view your schedule (“My Schedule” and “Waitlist” for waitlist reservations), Visit History (“My History”), Purchase History (“My Purchases”), and account information (“My Account”).

All group classes must be cancelled 12 hours before the class is to take place. Private lessons must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. Classes cancelled after the cancellation mark will be considered a “late cancel” and the class credit forfeited.

Please use our online system to modify and cancel reservations. Our phone line will only be answered when classes are not in session and functions largely as a voicemail service. Cancellations received via phone or voicemail will NOT be accepted.

How does the waitlist work?

If a class is full, you will be prompted to add your name to the waitlist. Our waitlists move very quickly so we encourage you to add yourself to the list!

If a space becomes available, the first person on the waitlist will then be automatically added to the class and receive an auto-email confirmation. You do not need to confirm this reservation and are expected to attend unless you cancel yourself out prior to the late cancel mark (note: Your schedule will read “unconfirmed” online until we manually check you in on our end. This is not relevant to your status and should be ignored).

What happens if I’m late for class?

Clients are given a 5-minute grace period to arrive for their scheduled reservations, at which point you will no longer be admitted and your reservation will be considered a late cancel and given to a stand-by student.

What should I wear to class?

Comfortable gym clothes and grippy sock. Prepare to sweat!

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is ample free street parking available.
